Can my mailbox receive packages from different carriers?

Yes. An active mailbox can receive packages from all carriers. Collect staff-held packages during counter hours with either pickup option. Before sending large or heavy items, unusually frequent deliveries, items needing special handling, or deliveries you cannot collect promptly, coordinate with the counter. Handling depends on the item and your signed agreement.

How many people or businesses may receive mail?

There is no fixed recipient-count limit. Every adult and business receiving mail must be properly authorized and documented under USPS requirements and the mailbox agreement. Small is personal only; businesses use Medium or Large. Higher mail volume can require Large. Ask what each recipient should bring before visiting.

Can I use the address for my business?

A private mailbox can help separate business mail from a home address and present a consistent Charlotte mailing address. Whether an agency, bank, marketplace, insurer, licensing authority, or other institution accepts it for a particular purpose is that organization’s decision. Verify before relying on the address.

Can it be used as a registered-agent or government-license address?
