A mailbox-customer service

Package receiving for Charlotte mailbox customers

Have packages addressed to your assigned PMB and accepted from all carriers under the signed mailbox agreement and current package policies.

A staffed delivery point

Reduce the guesswork around doorstep deliveries

When a package is correctly addressed to an active mailbox customer, it can be accepted at the staffed Prosperity Church Road counter from all carriers, subject to current policies. This can be helpful for people who work away from home, travel, live in buildings with inconsistent delivery handling, or want business packages separated from residential deliveries.

Package-arrival notifications are available by text or email. Notifications are helpful, but timing can vary; they are not promised to be instant or real-time for every delivery.

Delivery flow
  1. Sender uses your complete PMB address.
  2. Carrier delivers during staffed acceptance hours.
  3. Package is handled under current policy.
  4. Text or email notification may be sent.
  5. You pick up during applicable staffed hours.

Confirm the exact policy

Carrier acceptance does not erase package limits

The agreement and current counter policies control. Before relying on the service for an unusual, valuable, time-sensitive, signature-required, or large shipment, call to confirm.

01

Addressing

Use the assigned PMB number correctly so the delivery can be matched to the mailbox customer.

02

Size and holding

Current size, storage, holding-time, and related fee rules must be confirmed by phone or at signup.

03

Signatures and items

Signature, prohibited-item, carrier, and eligibility details can depend on the package and agreement.

04

Pickup

Package pickup follows staffed counter hours unless the owner confirms another arrangement.

The right foundation

Package receiving starts with an active PMB

This page describes a service for mailbox customers, not standalone package-only receiving. First compare private mailbox rental, then review Secure Cabinet and physical mailbox prices.

Call with the carrier, approximate package type, and expected timing if a shipment has special handling needs.

Package FAQ

Questions before the first delivery

How should I format my PMB address?

Use your name, then 3020-I Prosperity Church Rd PMB ###, followed by Charlotte, NC 28269. Replace ### with the assigned number. Use PMB or #—not “Suite”—for the private mailbox number.

Can my mailbox receive packages from different carriers?

Yes. Mailbox customers can receive packages from all carriers, subject to the signed agreement and current package, signature, prohibited-item, holding, and pickup policies. Call to confirm details that matter for a specific shipment.

Will I receive a package notification?

Package-arrival notifications are available by text or email. Notification timing can vary, so do not treat a notification as guaranteed to be immediate for every delivery.

What is the difference between Secure Cabinet and a physical mailbox?

With Secure Cabinet, staff hold your mail in a secure cabinet and retrieve it for you during regular counter hours. It is the lower-cost option and does not include scanning, an online portal, or 24-hour self-service access. A physical mailbox gives you an assigned box that you can access 24 hours a day. Staffed help and package pickup follow posted counter hours for both options.
