What this website collects

If you use an inquiry or promotional claim form, it collects the name, phone number and/or email address you provide, personal or business use, pickup-option preference, desired start timing, a short message or promotion code, and limited first-touch attribution such as the landing path, UTM parameters, and advertising click IDs when present. The server also uses basic request information for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

Why it is collected

The information is used to respond to your mailbox inquiry or promotional claim, understand what prompted it, protect the form from abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and measure which website actions lead to inquiries.

What not to submit

Do not submit Social Security numbers, identification documents, payment information, or completed USPS forms through this website. Mailbox signup and identity verification happen through an approved in-person, authorized real-time, or notarial process.

Inquiry delivery

Online forms send through a transactional email provider only when the owner has configured the required production account. If delivery is unavailable, the form gives a phone fallback. Form details are intended for Charlotte Mailbox staff and the service providers needed to operate and protect the website.

Analytics and performance

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure aggregated visits, page actions, and website performance. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and does not associate its anonymous data with an individual or IP address. Conversion events contain labels such as the page and button location, never the name, phone number, email address, message, identification, or payment information entered in a form.

With your permission, the website may also load Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, and Microsoft Clarity. These optional services help us understand page use, navigation, and whether calls, directions, offer claims, or inquiries occur. Advertising storage is used only after you accept measurement; advertising-user-data sharing and ad personalization remain denied. The Google Ads promotion conversion contains only the successful-action label and value—never the name, phone number, email address, message, identification, or payment information entered in the form. If you reject optional measurement, those optional scripts are not loaded. You can reopen your choice at any time using “Analytics choices” in the footer.

Search verification

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools may verify ownership of this domain and report how the public website appears in search. Their verification records do not by themselves track activity inside the website.
